FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders over 250$ CAD within Canada and the United States.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 working days.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification that will include the relevant tracking information.

Once an order has been completed, we cannot change the shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) for all international orders. This means that customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are NOT included in your order total and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery or by customs authorities in your country.

You are responsible for paying all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees required to receive your shipment. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.

Please be aware that customs clearance processes may cause delivery delays beyond our estimated shipping times. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or any additional charges imposed by customs authorities. Take it up with your government, not us. 🇨🇦🫎

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Please contact parker@secretaries.website for approval before returning your item.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping.

Once we have received the approved items, we aim to process all returns within 2-3 working days. We will then contact you via email of your refund/exchange status.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, as well as any attached tags. Items returned that do not meet these criteria may risk being rejected. Thank you for your understanding.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure the longevity of your Secretaries garments, please follow these care guidelines:

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle
Wash separately or with similar colors
Turn garment inside out before washing
Use mild, non-bio detergent
Do not bleach
Do not tumble dry
Reshape while damp and air dry only
Iron low heat, inside out
Do not wring
Do not dry clean
